The recipe for this bread has been making the rounds since it was published in the NYTimes in Nov. '06. Its amazingly simple, and amazingly yummy. Takes about 20 minutes of your time spread over 24 hours. This one was baked on Feb19th, it had been out of the oven for about an hour.
