Ingredients & Procedure: 

10 Gallons

-Crush & Steep  at least 30 min in kettle while heating, remove at 170F:
4oz 80L Crystal
8oz 40L Crystal
1 lb 20L Crystal

-Boil 75:
9 lbs Am. Pils LME
5 lbs Am. light LME

10 HBU/AAU Pacific Gem whole
9.3 HBU Amarillo Whole

-Boil 10:
8oz Maltodextrin
1.5 HBU Sterling  pellets
7.8 HBU Cascade pellets
1.5 HBU Fuggles pellets
2 whirlfloc tablet

-Primary 9 days:
Wyeast 1056 am ale Started 24hrs ahead with 2c water & 2/3c pils DME

Trub dumped Sept 29
-Secondary 30 days:
2oz Ahtanum pellets @4.5%
2oz Simcoe pellets @11.5%

Notes: 

The starter was good, took off in the fermenter within 6-8 hrs
Gotta remember that 10gals of IPA needs 15+lbs of extract if using all LME.

Dry hopped by dumping in the pellets directly - immediately after which I remembered I wanted to put them into a bag and hang them. Oh well, next time.

Yep - wasted at least 2/3 gallon to the hops - next time bag'em and weight them down w/marbles.

Also - yah, min 15lbs extract (LME) ...  it's waaaayyy to light bodied
